◆ Section 01

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilifree ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jilifree website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jilifree Services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all jilifree accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) jilifree account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. jilifree employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jilifree are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jilifree accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO (via InstaPay/PESONet), BPI (via InstaPay/PESONet), and Metrobank (via InstaPay/PESONet). Available payment methods may change from time to time at jilifree's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum deposit amounts for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jilifree may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilifree platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilifree platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and the jilifree brand name and logo, is the exclusive intellectual property of jilifree or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilifree platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jilifree platform without prior written consent.
• Use the jilifree name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilifree's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination

jilifree reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification (KYC) procedures.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Determination that you are ineligible to use the platform under these Terms.
• Any other reason that jilifree, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient to warrant account action.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, jilifree reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including both real money and bonus funds. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, jilifree will process a withdrawal of your remaining real money balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your jilifree account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jilifree platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact jilifree's support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, jilifree reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
